Accessibility Statement

No file was created (the write was blocked), so nothing to clean up. Here's the finished HTML body:

We want every customer to be able to browse, shop and get support on our website with ease, regardless of ability, disability or the technology they use to access the internet. Accessibility is an ongoing effort for our team, and this statement explains our approach, the standards we work towards and how you can reach us if you run into a problem.

Our commitment

We believe that an accessible website benefits all of our customers. We are working to ensure that our store is usable by people with a wide range of abilities, including those who rely on screen readers, screen magnification, voice recognition software, or keyboard-only navigation to browse the internet.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and more user-friendly for everyone. They are built around four core principles, often referred to as POUR:

  • Perceivable — information and interface elements must be presented in ways that all users can perceive.
  • Operable — interface elements and navigation must be usable through a variety of input methods.
  • Understandable — content and the operation of the interface must be clear and predictable.
  • Robust — content must work reliably with current and future assistive technologies.

Conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA is an ongoing target rather than a one-off achievement. As our website evolves, we continue to review and improve it so that it stays in line with these guidelines.

Measures we take to support accessibility

We take the following steps, among others, to make our store easier to use:

  • Providing meaningful alternative text for images, so that their purpose and content can be understood by screen readers
  • Maintaining sufficient colour contrast between text and background, and allowing text to be resized without loss of content or function
  • Ensuring pages and interactive elements can be operated using a keyboard, without requiring a mouse or touchscreen
  • Structuring pages with clear headings, logical reading order and consistent navigation
  • Writing content in plain, easy-to-understand language wherever possible

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is not a fixed state, and we recognise that parts of our website may not yet meet every aspect of WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We continue to review our pages, features and content on an ongoing basis and to make improvements as issues are identified.

Reporting accessibility issues

If you encounter any accessibility barriers while using our website, or if you need content provided in an alternative, accessible format, please let us know. We take this feedback seriously and will work to address the issue as promptly as possible.
