Our Returns & Refunds Promise

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. This policy explains your right to return an order, how our return process works, and how refunds are issued.

Return window

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery, for any reason and without needing to justify your decision. This period runs from the date your order is delivered to you. How to return an item

Returning an item is straightforward:

  1. Email contact@buxxttowen.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We will send you a return label within one business day of receiving your request.
  3. Repack the goods securely, ideally in their original packaging, and attach the label to the parcel.
  4. Drop the parcel off at your local postal office.

We recommend keeping proof of postage until your return has been processed, in case you need it for reference.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods are complete and returned in their original packaging.
  • Any labels and protective films remain attached and undamaged.
  • Hygiene items and sealed products have not had their seal broken or opened.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

Exchanges

If you'd prefer a different size, colour, or item rather than a refund, we're happy to help. Simply let us know when you contact us, and we'll arrange an exchange instead of processing a refund.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method — including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Google Pay, or Apple Pay — in GBP (£).

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

Return shipping costs

We cover the cost of return shipping, so you will not be charged for sending an eligible item back to us.

Faulty or damaged items

All products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
