Handling Time

Once your order is placed and payment has been confirmed, our team gets to work preparing it for dispatch. Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that handling time is separate from delivery time and does not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time

After your order has left our hands, delivery typically takes a further 3 to 5 business days to arrive. This means that, in most cases, you can expect your order to reach you within 4 to 7 business days from the moment it is placed, combining both handling and delivery time. Occasionally, factors outside our control — such as courier delays or public holidays — may affect delivery times.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to United Kingdom only. If your delivery address falls outside this region, we are unfortunately unable to process your order at this time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order and delivery address, and the exact amount (in GBP) will always be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm and pay for your order. This ensures there are no surprises — you will know the full cost of your purchase, including shipping, before your payment is finalised.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. This allows you to follow your parcel's journey in real time, right up until it arrives at your door. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Delays, Damage or Missing Parcels

While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives safely and on time, issues can occasionally occur during transit. If your parcel arrives damaged, appears to be missing items, or has not arrived within the stated timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@buxxttowen.shop. Our team will look into the matter promptly and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
