1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders placed via the OWEN BUXXTT LTD online store ("we", "us", "our") by both consumers and business customers. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms as they stand at the time of your order. We reserve the right to amend these Terms for future orders; any changes will not affect orders already placed.

3. Conclusion of contract

The product listings shown in our online store do not constitute a legally binding offer to sell. They are an invitation for you to place an order. When you click the order button at the end of the checkout process, you are submitting a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your basket.

Receiving an automatic order confirmation by email only confirms that we have received your order — it does not, on its own, constitute our acceptance of your offer. A contract between you and us is only formed once we accept your order, either by sending you a separate order acceptance/confirmation email or by dispatching the goods to you, whichever happens first.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices displayed on our product pages are shown in GBP (£) and include statutory UK VAT and any other price components required by law. Prices do not automatically include delivery charges.

Any applicable shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed to you during checkout, before you place your order, so that you can see the total price payable — including delivery — prior to confirming your purchase.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you in a particular case. The available payment methods are presented to you during checkout and may include:

Not all payment methods listed above may be available for every order; the options offered to you at checkout depend on factors such as delivery destination and order value.

6. Delivery

We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of the contract being concluded or payment being received, whichever applies. Once dispatched, delivery to UK addresses typically takes a further 3 to 5 business days.

These are estimated timeframes rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Handling and delivery times may occasionally vary, for example due to product availability, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any order-specific shipping information will also be shown to you at checkout.

7. Retention of title

All goods supplied remain our property until they have been paid for in full. Until title has passed to you, you must take reasonable care of the goods.

8. Returns, refunds and exchanges

As a consumer, you benefit from the statutory right of withdrawal in addition to the returns terms set out below. Full details of your statutory right of withdrawal are set out in our Right of Withdrawal terms.

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer the following returns terms:

  • Return window: You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Return shipping costs: We cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Refunds: Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days, using the original payment method wherever possible.

9. Warranty

In addition to your statutory warranty rights, products purchased from us are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, unless a different period is stated for a specific product. This warranty is provided alongside, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer. 10. Dispute resolution

We aim to resolve any complaint or dispute directly and amicably. If you have a concern about your order or our service, please contact us in the first instance using the details in Section 2 so that we can try to find a solution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between us, either party remains free to pursue the matter through the courts, or through any other dispute resolution channel available under the governing law referred to below.

11. Governing law

These Terms, and any contract between you and us for the purchase of goods through our online store, are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed, and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This right applies to your purchase in addition to, and independently of, any other returns or exchange arrangements we may offer.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

Please make sure your statement clearly identifies the order concerned and states plainly that you wish to withdraw from the contract, so that we can process your request without delay.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, the following applies to the reimbursement of your payment and the return of the goods.

Reimbursement of your payment

We shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Returning the goods

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
