Overview

This policy explains the warranty protection that applies to products purchased from our store, how it relates to your existing statutory rights, and what to do if you believe an item you have bought is faulty.

Statutory warranty

All goods sold through our store are covered by the statutory warranty for defects that applies under consumer law. This means that if an item you purchase turns out to be faulty, not as described, or otherwise does not conform to what was agreed at the time of sale, you are entitled to a remedy.

Depending on the circumstances, this remedy may take the form of a repair or a replacement of the item and, where the law allows, a price reduction or a full refund. These statutory rights exist independently of any manufacturer warranty and are not reduced or replaced by it — they are yours regardless of any additional cover a product may carry.

Manufacturer warranty

Where a product also carries an additional manufacturer warranty, this warranty applies for 2 years from the date of purchase. It is provided on top of, and does not affect, your statutory rights described above.

The manufacturer warranty covers defects that arise under normal use during this period. To make a claim under this warranty, you will generally need to show proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, so please keep this safe after your order arrives.

Reporting a fault

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include the following information in your message:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the fault you have noticed
• Photos of the issue, where possible, especially for visible damage or defects

Once we have received your report, we will review the details and work with you to sort it out promptly, whether that means arranging a repair, a replacement, or another appropriate remedy.
